Qazwa is a digital platform that helps users invest in a way that aligns with Islamic financial principles. The goal of the project was to create a modern fintech experience that makes halal investing clear, accessible, and trustworthy for everyday users.

Member of the teamMy role in this project focused on designing the UI/UX of the Qazwa mobile application. The challenge was translating complex Sharia-compliant investment concepts into a clear and intuitive product experience. The design emphasizes simplicity, transparency, and ease of navigation so users can confidently explore and manage their investments.
Creative challenges
Designing for Islamic finance required deep cultural sensitivity. We developed a visual identity that blends modern fintech aesthetics with traditional design cues — using a refined color palette of deep greens and golds that evoke trust and heritage. Every data visualization was simplified to make complex financial concepts approachable, and we incorporated educational tooltips throughout the journey to build user financial literacy alongside engagement.

This project focused on the UI/UX design of the Qazwa mobile experience. The goal was to translate complex Sharia-compliant investment concepts into a clear, intuitive interface that users could navigate with confidence. While the engineering and backend infrastructure were handled by the development team, my role centered on crafting the visual structure, interaction flows, and user experience that make the platform approachable for modern investors.
